Returns & Exchanges
We make sure that our products will give you entire satisfaction, however if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please follow these guidelines for returns.
Check that your item is eligible for return
- All returns must be postmarked within 14 DAYS of receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be accepted.
- The merchandise must be in its original condition and unaltered.
- Items must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped, including all original tags, any boxes, and other packaging materials.
- Items marked SALE and FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
- We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as washing or wear.
- We do not refund shipping charges.
Please be advised that items that do not conform to the above guidelines are not returnable. They will be returned to you at your expense.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, SALE items and FINAL SALE items cannot be refunded.
Shipping Errors and Damaged Products
If you received an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt - with the condition that merchandise has not been stained or washed and with all tags attached. How to Return Merchandise
To return your product, you should mail it to:

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your request is approved, please allow up to 10 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to be processed and post to your account. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.
The customer is responsible for all duties or taxes. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account.
